ArticketBCN does not have any discounts. It is a single price product that includes visits to six museums. If you visit them all, it works out cheaper than the total of every museum’s discounted prices for those groups.

Children aged 16 and under do not have to pay if they are accompanied by an adult with an ArticketBCN Art Passport. Children aged 16 and under will be given a Boarding Pass so that they too can get it stamped at the museums they visit, just like the adults do with their ArticketBCN Art Passport.

You do not need to queue. With the ArticketBCN Art Passport, you will get fast-track entrance at any of the six museums. All you need to do is go to the fast-track desk of each museum, where they will stamp your ArticketBCN Art Passport to allow you to go in.

Yes. It is not a product for a specific individual. If you buy it online, during the purchase process you can select the gift option that will allow you to write a personalized text and send it to whoever you want via e-mail without stating the price of the passport. If, on the other hand, you prefer to buy it at the box office of any of the 6 museums, at the time of purchase they will put the stamp of the museum where it is sold, but they will not mark the visit stamp.
Please note that in both options the year of validity begins to count from the time of purchase.

No. The ArticketBCN Art Passport does not bear the holder’s name. The visits made and the expiry date are all that matter.

At any of the six ArticketBCN museums. Go to the fast-track ticket desk and they will give you an ArticketBCN Art Passport.

On days or at times when museum entrance is free of charge, there is no fast-track entrance. Check the dates and times for each museum.

You do not need to make a booking at any of the museums. At the Museu Picasso, where visits are scheduled by time slots, there is a fast-track entrance for ArticketBCN Art Passport holders in the street called Carrer de Montcada 23, and you do not need to make a prior booking. Show your ArticketBCN Art Passport to a member of the information team before queuing so that they can tell you where the ArticketBCN fast-track entrance is. The other museums also have fast-track entrances where you can show your ArticketBCN Art Passport.

Audio guides are not included, but they may be available at additional cost. Those museums with audio guides available are the Fundació Joan Miró, the Museu Picasso and the MNAC. The MACBA has a free app that you can download, which serves as an audio guide.

The ArticketBCN Art Passport allows you to take part in the guided tours of the permanent and temporary exhibitions that would normally be included in the price of each museum’s ticket if it were purchased separately. Check the times for each museum, and register in advance if necessary.

The ArticketBCN Art Passport is not for groups. You may buy one of course, but it can only be used by one person for each visit. If you want to visit each museum as an organised group, you will need to arrange the group visit in advance with each of the museums, informing them that you have already paid for the ArticketBCN Art Passports. Group guided tours are not included, though you may take part in guided tours as individual members of the group.

Under these circumstances, you – as an ArticketBCN Art Passport holder – and the person accompanying you should go to the fast-track ticket desk, where they will issue the required ticket (adult, under 25s, student, over 65s, pensioners, etc.). If you want to visit in a large group when only one or two people are carrying an ArticketBCN Art Passport, then the others will need to queue to buy tickets.

1. No refunds will be made unless the visit cannot be made due to force majeure or for reasons directly attributable to the centers that make up the ArticketBCN passport.
2. In no case will the amount of the product be returned if a visit has been made in any of the six centers.
3. The refund of the amount will be made by the same method that has been used in the payment method (cash, card, etc.).
